The room I stayed in was cozy and great with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony; the location was convenient to everything.

Well-maintained, friendly hotel with unobtrusive people and excellent location near a park for walks. Modern and compact rooms with a safe box, a mini-bar and a sofa bed. A great selection of nice options for meal. Fairly nice overall experience...

We had two numbers. One business suite. Very comfortable and logical all despite the very small area of the room. Room cleaning is good. The second room is on two floors. Double bed on the second floor with a large balcony. The balcony has never been cleaned. Toilet and bath in the same room, too, on the second floor. If someone stays in this room a threesome, it is impossible to sleep on the sofa as it is curved by an arc. A small kitchen with just one cup, no frying pan. A freezer in the snow... Every day, 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer are added to the mini bar. That feels good. At 9:00 a.m., there's a call or a knock on the room - cleaning. There's staff to work with. Because they clean very superficially and half of them just can't see or don't want to see. It's 4 subway stops to the center or 45 minutes on foot. The subway is five minutes from the hotel... There's a beautiful Italian restaurant downstairs.

cleaning, a sofa in a double-decker room and some necessary dishes in the rooms.

Nice neighborhood: very calm, quiet. Next door to the hotel is a supermarket. The hotel has friendly staff. We had a room with a small kitchen. The kitchen is tiny, of course, but we have everything we need. There's enough furniture in the room. A comfortable bed.

What completely knocked out was the level of cleanliness and, consequently, the cleaning. There were carpets in the corridors and they were always dirty (some pieces of paper, garbage that was pulling from the rooms). It felt like the clinkers were taking the garbage out of the rooms and leaving it in the corridor. And in our room once they did not take out the garbage (full bucket), the second time they did not put any towels. Well, at least the floors were clean). We drove into the room and found an ashtray full of steers on the balcony. The bathroom was small enough, and our sink was very clogged (it wasn't important for us).

The rooms here were clean and cozy, they provide a complimentary mobile phone, fans, and a bathroom, the service was top-notch, the location is superb in a charming area.

Location, green quiet area, metro and tram close, shop at a stone's throw, balcony, fresh air, clean room, everything but a hairdryer.

Lived in different rooms, on the 3rd floor was better, on the 4th floor was worse with cleaning and in the evening, apparently from the balcony (there were plants hanging from the roof) crawled insects, very similar to cockroaches, so fast, caught 20 pieces, afraid to crawl into suitcases. It was very unpleasant not to bear insects in the house, and even in such numbers. Maybe it was raining and they went into the room. They weren't in the daytime. The smokers on the next balcony are trouble! There was no hair dryer, they found it in the morning, reported to the reception and wrote a note, leaving it in the room, no one reacted, the hair dryer was never brought.

There are rooms with balconies, suitable for smokers. stone's throw from the shop and bakery, you can find breakfast in your room and do not take breakfast in the hotel, especially since they are quite expensive and monotonous, room has a kitchenette with dishes and even a small stove. There is a minibar in the room and it is free, is rare. There's also a safe, heater (we didn't need one). You can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms... neighborhood is very quiet, it looks like an Italian neighborhood, there are several trattorias around. One of them's next to a restaurant, we had dinner there as a family. subway is 5-7 minutes away, hotel also has its own garage, there are always places there, no need to book in advance. In the street near the hotel parking is free, there are usually no places there.

We booked two rooms, no one was ready by the time of arrival. The keys to the first one were delayed by about an hour, the second one was only in the evening. They said the problem with the cleaning company, they gave breakfast vouchers for everyone... Room cleaning's not very good, towels don't always change. They just rinse the dishes, then they have to wash them. It's a long way to the centre, it'll take about an hour on foot, you'll have to pay for transport. In general, the area is non-tourist, the choice of cafes in the district is very limited, but there is a place to walk, near the Olympic Park.

During my recent stay at Living Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the convenient small kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the Olympic Park and within walking distance of a supermarket and the subway. I also appreciated the decent breakfast provided at the hotel.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room, but fortunately, the weather was nice enough to keep the window open. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from some renovations, as certain areas appeared outdated.

Excellent quiet area, good location near the Olympic town. Nearby there is paid parking (12 euros per day), but you can also find free parking next to the hotel or on nearby streets. Edeka cafes and supermarkets are very close by (there is everything you need). It is convenient to have a kitchen in the room. The staff also brings 2 bottles of beer and water every day. Administrators have tried to help in case of any difficulties.

    1. We arrived at 15-15 (check-in at 15-00), said the room is not ready. In the end, room was prepared only for 16-00. 2. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room (probably from the carpet), with time you get used to it, when you come in from the street - it is constantly straining. 3. There was a small cockroach running on the ceiling, large beetle was seen at the reception. 4. Water was constantly murmuring in the bathroom (the tank broke down and water was flowing into the toilet), noise interfered with sleep, breakage at the weekend could not be repaired (the administration tried). 5. In the room with the kitchen there were no dishes except cups and glasses, they asked us at reception and brought us plates, pot and a frying pan. 6. kettle was broken, we were replaced.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the location and the high level of service provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the modern facilities with a kitchenette in the room to the very-well equipped kitchen. I found it extremely convenient to have the option to cook my own meals. The location in a nice quiet area near the former Olympic Park was ideal, allowing for a peaceful stay while still being easily accessible to the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

All was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

The staff were competent, it was a bonus. Stunning location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Gern tube station was 5 min away.

Located in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transports, this hotel is just a few tram or u-bahn stops from the City Centre and very close to multiple parks. The staff were helpful, and the facilities were well-suited for guests' needs. The rooms were of a good size, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette in the apartment had all necessary amenities.

One guest had to wait for a second cab to arrive for their evening event due to poor organization.

the hotel has very spacious rooms and everything is perfectly clean.I didn't try the sauna and the gym included in the rate room because the beer and the old Munich town was waiting for me. The hotel is easily to reach with the car and it's just a couple of kms from the highway, there is a supermarket and a pub just outside the hotel. The location is very good because you can reach the hotel with the tram number 20 just 200 meters from the hotel and in 10/15 mins you are in the city centre.

Good location for visiting the Olympia Park. Hotel is very functional, rooms have a kitchenette inside. Room was comfortable and clean. There's a supermarket a few meters away, which is very convenient.

    Bathroom could use some updating.
